Who is responsible
Active Life Hub LLC operates Agent Visibility Optimizer and is responsible for the processing of information described here (the controller, or equivalent term under the law that applies to you). This policy describes what the Service actually does; it is not a claim of compliance with any particular legal framework.
What we process
- Submitted request data: the URLs, names, descriptions, capability lists, languages, markets and other fields you send. The Service is designed for product information; do not submit personal data or secrets.
- Analyzed content: publicly accessible pages and machine-readable files retrieved from the submitted URLs (bounded to a small number per request). Excerpts are stored inside the Report as quoted evidence.
- Generated Reports: findings, recommendations and artifacts produced for your request.
- Payment metadata: the paying wallet address, amount, network, payment authorization identifiers and transaction hash. We never receive or store private keys or recovery phrases.
- Access key: we store only a one-way hash of your Idempotency-Key, which is used as your result access token.
- Operational data: request timestamps, status and cost counters; standard hosting logs (such as IP address, user agent and request path) kept by our hosting provider; and a one-way hash of the client IP used for rate limiting (in memory; for paid requests also in the database for at most about a day).
Unpaid requests, price quotes, health checks and public pages are answered without writing anything to our database.
Why
To produce and deliver the Report you paid for, to process and reconcile payments, to prevent abuse and keep the Service secure, to measure the cost of providing it, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell data, show advertising or build marketing profiles.
Service providers
- Vercel — hosting and request logs.
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL database for paid request records.
- Coinbase Developer Platform — x402 payment verification and settlement.
- Anthropic — language-model analysis, only for semantic-tier requests: the request fields and retrieved page excerpts are sent for processing.
- Public blockchain (Base) — settled payments are publicly and permanently recorded on-chain.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where you are located elsewhere, your information is transferred internationally to provide the Service.
Retention
- Submitted request data and Reports: 30 days. After that they are no longer served, and they are deleted by cleanup that runs during later paid requests and deployments (there is no background job, so deletion can lag until the Service is next used or deployed).
- Payment metadata and cost counters: kept as long as needed for accounting, reconciliation and legal obligations. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
- Hosting logs: according to the hosting provider’s retention settings.
Security
Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). Secrets stay server-side. Result access requires the original access key. Retrieval of submitted URLs is restricted to public internet addresses. No system is perfectly secure; keep your Idempotency-Key private.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information or to object to processing. Because we do not ask for names or accounts, include the request ID (and, if relevant, the paying wallet address) when you contact us so we can locate the record.
