1. Who provides the service

Agent Visibility Optimizer (the “Service”, available at https://agentvisibilityoptimizer.online and through its API) is provided and operated by Active Life Hub LLC (“we”, “us”). By sending a request to the Service, through the website or the API, directly or through an automated agent acting for you, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or through an agent, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization or principal.

2. What the Service does

The Service retrieves a bounded set of publicly accessible pages and machine-readable files for a URL you submit, analyzes how clearly they describe a product for automated agents, and returns a report with findings, recommendations and proposed text and metadata (“Report”). Analysis is automated: it uses deterministic rules and, for the semantic tier, a third-party language model. The Service does not publish, submit or distribute anything on your behalf.

3. No guarantee of ranking, recommendation or traffic

Whether and how AI assistants, agents, search engines, directories or other third-party systems discover, rank, recommend or select any product is decided solely by those third parties, whose behavior we do not control and which may change at any time. We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, inclusion, visibility, traffic, lead, sale or other outcome. Checks and scores in a Report measure the clarity of published information against documented criteria; they are not predictions of third-party behavior.

4. Reports are recommendations you must review

Reports can be incomplete or wrong, for example because pages could not be retrieved, content requires JavaScript, sources changed, or automated interpretation erred. Proposed text is based only on retrieved content and your submission and contains placeholders marked [CONFIRM] where facts are missing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting and deciding what to publish, and for ensuring that anything you publish is accurate, lawful and not misleading. Nothing in a Report is legal, regulatory, financial or marketing-compliance advice.

5. Your responsibilities and submitted content

• Submit only URLs and content you are entitled to have analyzed. Do not submit secrets, credentials, personal data of others or confidential information.
• You authorize us to retrieve the submitted URLs and linked public machine-readable files (such as llms.txt, robots.txt, OpenAPI documents and agent metadata) for the purpose of producing your Report.
• You keep all rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service, including sending excerpts to our model provider for semantic reports.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• optimize or promote malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, deceptive impersonation, spam campaigns or any illegal product or service;
• create false or misleading claims about capabilities, prices, certifications or coverage;
• probe, scan or attack networks or systems, including attempts to reach internal or private addresses;
• overload the Service, circumvent rate limits or payment, or resell it in a way that misrepresents its source.

We may refuse, limit or stop requests that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before payment in the quote, the HTTP 402 payment requirements, the pricing page and the machine-readable pricing endpoint. Payment is made in USDC through the x402 protocol, settled via a third-party payment facilitator to our wallet on Base mainnet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, spending limits and any network fees charged to you.

8. Retries and refunds

Pay per analysis. A completed report is charged even when it finds few surfaces (that is a finding). If paid analysis fails, resend the identical body with the same Idempotency-Key and Authorization: Bearer <Idempotency-Key> for up to two free retries. No automatic refunds; an uncertain settlement is reconciled manually. Reports are kept 30 days. See /terms.

If a settlement was recorded but no Report could be produced after the allowed retries, contact us with the request ID; we will review the case in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be unavailable, changed or discontinued, and third-party providers (hosting, database, payment facilitator, model provider) may fail. Reports are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, lexicons and documentation belong to Active Life Hub LLC. Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use, modify and publish the Reports and generated artifacts for your own products without further permission.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the request giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in effect when you send a request applies to that request.
